NERO 53 IS A PREMIUM CRAFT FERNET
It was born in 2012 when a group of friends met in order to create the best fernet, seeking the raw materials quality and the care of each period of the productive process.
Herbs are carefully selected. They are directly removed from Nature.
Herbs are milled until achieving the ideal grain size for infusions and soakings.
NFUSIONS AND SOAKINGS
They are made in different water and alcohol proportions and at different temperatures.
The soaking result is pressed to remove the liquid WHICH WOULD BE going to become the essence of the product.
The caramel, infusions and soaking are combined and then settles during 12 months´ time.
